With integrated sensor hardware, the D-Block™ is here to ensure the optimal safety of your lifting operations. The hardware is already integrated, and extra intrusion to operating time is kept to a minimum. A range of parameters is available by live feed, via any industry standard BUS/TCP/OPC protocol for easy integration into existing control systems. A standalone HMI system is also available.

Sheaves with lifetime greased roller bearings or Bronze Bushings.
Nylatron/Composite sheaves.

Surface preparation and protective coating in accordance with Norsok Standard M-501.

All sheave sizes- and groove radii on sheaves can be adjusted to the current diameter of wire rope or Synthetic Rope.
